March 27, 2015 – Islamic Jihad, Girls Scouts, Off the Couch in the Old Pueblo

We start the show with the Pastor of Moody Bible Church and discuss the nature of Islamic Jihad

Then it’s the Girls Scout holding a fund raiser by repelling off of the 5151 E Broadway building!

Finally Off the Couch in The Old Pueblo with an online, but also outdoor, scavenger hunt you can do in Tucson and other cities.  Kind of like The Great Race


March 26, 2015 – McGuire Entrepreneurs, UofA Update, Hot Topics

We start the show with Professor Linsay Craten and some her students at McGuire Entrepreneurship Program.  21 teams this year working together to build a real businesses.  It was fun chaos as we had students in and out of the studio who are hoping that schools, eventually farmers, and even apartment dwellers, will buy let fish emulsion grow their crops and/or gardens with Crate Crops!

Then it’s Bruce Pascoe, Sports Reporter for the Arizona Star with a UofA update as we preview the Arizona vs Xavier game and even dare to look ahead

Then Mike brings up a couple of Hot Topics including the German co-pilot who apparently killed himself and 149 other people.  Also, Saudi Arabia bombing attacks in Yemen.  Apparently Iran trying to insert a proxy government on their southern border is unacceptable to the Saudi’s.  This is dangerous stuff happening in the Middle East



March 25, 2015 – Serving Haiti, Hot Topics, Oro Valley Views

We start the show with Author Meagan Boudreaux who wrote, “Miracle on Voodoo Mountain”.  She explains in the book, and on the show, how God prompted her to sell all her belongings and move by herself to Haiti.  It changed her life, and the Haitians that her and her husband serve.  Find out more about their ministry and her book at

Then it’s Hot Topics.  Harry and Mike discuss Congressman McSally and how she got the Air Force Chief of Staff to visit Davis Monthan Air Force Base (h/t Tucson Sentinel)

Then it’s Oro Valley Views with our co-host Don Cox and in studio guest from America’s Mattress, Jeff Saunders who had some sleeping tips, while Don mentioned some upcoming OV events


March 24, 2015 – Ted Cruz Running, Hot Topics

We start the show with Michael Warren of the Weekly Standard as we discuss their article on Ted Cruz announcing that he is running for President.  We talk about his possible strategies and also some of the other candidates likely to jump in the race

Then it’s Hot Topics as Mike and Tom discuss a new half billion contract for Raytheon in Tucson and new bill introduced by Congressman Martha McSally to increase penalties for cartel scouts


March 19, 2015 – State Budget, City of Tucson Issues, UofA Update

First we talk with Juan Ciscomani who heads up the Governor’s Southern Arizona Office about the state budget that recently passed in the state legislature

Then we talk with City Councilman Steve Kozachik who gives us an update on the homeless that were living downtown
